1. Who We Are
This website, levobrightcrew.forum ("the Site"), is operated by:
Levobrightcrew Media UG (haftungsbeschränkt)
Lindwurmstraße 88
80337 München
Germany
We are the data controller responsible for any personal data processed in connection with your use of the Site, within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. What This Site Does
Levobrightcrew is an editorial match hub for the FIFA World Cup 2026. It publishes match previews, rankings and tournament context drawn from a fixed data set. The Site does not require registration, does not sell products and does not promote betting services.
3. Data We Collect
We aim to collect as little personal data as possible. The following categories may be processed:
- Server log data: When you visit the Site, our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL and the date and time of access. This data is needed to deliver the Site securely and is typically deleted or anonymized within a short retention period.
- Cookie consent preference: When you make a choice in our cookie banner, that preference is stored locally in your browser so we do not ask you again on every visit.
We do not collect names, email addresses, payment data or account information, because the Site offers no forms, accounts or checkout features.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process server log data on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating a secure and functional website. Where optional cookies are used, the legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
5. Cookies
The Site uses a small number of cookies and similar local storage entries. Essential entries keep the Site functioning; optional entries remember preferences. Full details, including how to withdraw consent, are described in our Cookie Policy.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. Technical data may be processed by our hosting provider acting as a processor under a data processing agreement compliant with Art. 28 GDPR. We do not transfer personal data to third countries unless adequate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR are in place.
7. Data Retention
Server logs are retained only as long as necessary for security and troubleshooting purposes. Your cookie consent preference remains in your browser until you delete it or until it expires after a maximum of 12 months.
8. Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR)
- Withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority for our registered office is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, BayLDA).
9. Data Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures, including transport encryption (HTTPS), to protect data processed through the Site against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
10. Children
The Site is general-audience editorial content and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect legal or operational changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
